Yoga Nidra
with Guest Teacher Vilma Annicelle

Yoga Nidra is a powerful, systematic practice that guides you through the "5 Koshas of Being," promoting complete relaxation and peace. This transformative practice not only soothes the physical body but also penetrates deeper emotional and mental layers, addressing the roots of stress and tension. By gently releasing subconscious patterns that may hold you back, Yoga Nidra allows for a profound sense of freedom and rejuvenation, helping you live more fully.
This welcoming practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, or belief system. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Yoga Nidra offers a peaceful escape that is suited to all levels.
You will practice Yoga Nidra while sitting or lying comfortably on your back. It's normal to fall asleep during the session, but don't worry—your ears and subconscious mind will remain awake and receptive, allowing the practice to work on a deeper level.
This class will follow our Sunday Morning Meditation, and we invite you to sign up for both to enjoy an extended morning of relaxation and self-care.
