Schedule your single 75-minute personalized coaching session, available in-person or remote! What to Expect: Check-In: Share your current challenges and wins. Goal Setting: Define your focus for the session. Exploration: Engage in a guided discussion for insights. Action Planning: Create actionable steps to move forward. Reflection: Wrap up with key takeaways and motivation. You’ll receive a written summary following your session outlining your goals and commitments—your personal guide and "to-do" list until we meet again!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, or as soon as possible, to reschedule; a 50% fee applies for same-day cancellations or no-shows. We will assist you in rescheduling, but no refunds are available. Thank you for understanding.
