Group Reiki Birthday Celebration For 3–6 Participants Come together in sacred space to celebrate your birthday with a deeply relaxing and heart-centered Group Reiki Session. This 45 minute experience is designed for small groups of 3 to 6 people and includes a beautiful blend of guided meditation, energy clearing, and intention-setting to support both personal and collective renewal. The session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help everyone ground, connect, and open to the experience. Together, you’ll take time to express gratitude, set intentions, and release old energy—clearing the way for a fresh start in the year ahead, especially for the birthday girl. Each group member will receive a mini individual Reiki session, lasting approximately five minutes, while the rest of the group relaxes and holds space. You’ll also share in the energy of a collective group Reiki experience, amplifying the healing and connection among you.
