Service Description
Join us for a breath practice and meditation experience connecting to more peace. Do you want to carve out a time to reset your nervous system? Would you like a set time to practice and be accountable to yourself? Join us for a guided 60 minute breath and meditation session. No experience required - all are welcome! Please reserve your spot online. If booking calendar is closed (24 hrs prior) please email Greg to let him know you'll be joining us. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, or as soon as possible, to reschedule; a 50% fee applies for same-day cancellations or no-shows. We will assist you in rescheduling, but no refunds are available. Thank you for understanding.
