Service Description
Join Greg for a 45-minute meditation session—perfect for all levels, no experience needed! Take this time to unwind, recharge, and find your center. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and balanced! Cost: $15 per participant Preregistration required (online registration closes 24 hrs before class, but you may still register by emailing Greg at thenaturewithinllc@gmail.com to let him know you're coming.) *This session is offered every Sunday.
