Usui Reiki Refresher

Service Description

This popular session has been created for those who have completed Reiki training either with me or another Reiki Master Teacher and would like to review the key concepts and practices in order to gain clarity, comfort and confidence. This session is highly individualized to answer your questions, practice and meet your unique goals and needs. You select from a "menu" of topics, what you'd like to focus on. Sessions can range from 1-4 hours with a 3 hour session being the most popular. A great rule of thumb is 1 hour of refresher per level of training completed. Additional time may be needed if you wish to include guided meditation experiences and/or additional attunements.
